Payout Schedule

Immediate Processing

Payouts are processed immediately upon rental completion.

Funds typically arrive in your bank account within minutes to 2 business days, depending on your bank.

When You Get Paid

  • 1.Rental/Service is marked "Completed" by both parties.
  • 2.Funds are released from escrow to your pending balance.
  • 3.We automatically initiate the transfer to your connected bank account immediately.

Fees & Earnings

  • Rental Platform Fee
    5% each side
  • Service / Trade Fee
    $2.50 each side
  • Example: On a $100 rental, the owner keeps $95.00 before Stripe payout costs.

Important Requirement

You must have a connected bank account to receive payouts. Go to yourAccount Settings to set up Stripe Connect.
